Following a number of weeks successfully testing the impromptu response from consumers to this new format, we have decided to include the 66cl bottle in our permanent offering.

Estrella Galicia presents a 66cl bottle, which is designed to be shared, for the first time. This launch comes after a number of weeks during which a market testing has been undertaken in different areas, with the objective of analysing the impromptu response of consumers upon discovering their Estrella Galicia in this size. The success of the test has meant that we have decided to include this new format in our permanent offering. 

The idea is that the 66cl bottle will begin to be distributed slowly in hospitality establishments and supermarket chains following the demand generated through the previous market test.

“Following the success of our 75cl traditional Estrella de Navidad which was already designed with the objective of sharing, we have come up with the possibility of including a format in our offering which went further than just the normal individual drinking of beer and, in this way, the 66cl bottle is an ideal size to maintain our brand identity and satisfy the need for new formats, broadening our offering”.
